Finding of novel small RNA

Hello, guys!I am looking for publications about de novo in Small RNA. I have data about small RNA profile of species, I mapped it on MirBase... (using) Bowtie, but I want to find some novel small RNA. Could your give some links on similar publications? My organism don't have reference genome also
