Any labs go from non-clinical to clinical?

Anyone one develop their research lab to be able to do clinical sequencing? And more specifically with the MiSeq?

We are interested in the idea and trying to figure out what would need to be done to get all the proper certs. ect...

If anyone has gone through this I would really appreciate any info.

What you had to do, as far as paper work, licenses, setting up work space ect...
