Matrix Creation Error

Hi,

We are using the sequencer ABI Sanger 310 and we have problems with the sequencer.
When made the Matrix, this send us the following error: "Matrix Creation Error".
We dont know that do, but in other times we decrease the injection to 5 seg. and we solved the problem, but now we could not resolve this.
I´m wondering if to others persons have the same problem and how we could resolve this problem

Hi

When doing the matrix, on the "Input file and dye options" window, have you setup the number of sample files to 1 and the number of dyes to 4?

Have you tried re-running the standard and tried doing the matrix with this alternative file?
