    change max per-sample depth in mpileup

    hi,

    The default max per-sample depth in mpileup (samtools) is set to be 8000; however, for my specific research purpose, I need to increase this number. The -D option seems is not used for change this number, does anybody know how to change this limit? Many thanks!
