can cluster contig ofdifferent program?

Hi all,

I try to assembly Hiseq data from wheat by using Velvet, Abyss and Ray.

Is it possible to cluster contig file from different program?

If my sample has no reference sequence, can I merge est cluster with my contig?

How can I defined k-mer value in RNA seq?
