    SOLiD xl vs Wildfire

    Has anyone compared DNA-seq data generated on SOLiD comparing xl and wildfire for the same sample?

    Our Core facility has upgraded to Wildfire and from early data there seems to be quite a few differences in the runs.

    I did. But I compared 75x35 PE reads for the xl with 50 bp forward for the wildfire so that is not a fair comparison.
