Hello,
I am running RNA on the Agilent Bioanalyzer (RNA nano chip) and am getting an error with some samples, which otherwise appear normal (at least, the gels and electropherograms look normal). The error is "unexpected sample type." Does anyone know what this means? It's definitely RNA in there - no doubt about that.
Thanks.
