MosaikBuild does not read Illumina's Bustard folder

Hello,

I try to use MosaikBuild (v0.9.0) to read Illumina's Bustard directory (pipeline 1.5 output). It says that "ERROR: could not find any bustard files in the given directory". Does any of you know why? Could this be due to their version incompatibility?

The Bustard output files changed since Moziak was written. I believe Moziak is looking for the old Pipeline v1.9.2 style ( _prb files)

If you ran GERALD and have _sequence files, you should be able to use those, rather than Bustard output.
