Hello! I'm a genetics student at MSU, originally from the University of Washington. Currently working with whole genome sequencing data and RNAseq data to better annotate the swine "editome" within various tissues. Still very early in my graduate education, but plan to also use molecular approaches to understand the function of key RNA editing sites that could be important to either agriculture or biomedicine.
