Hi,
I have some problems in pre-check of a run and MiSeq can't initiate correctly by a flow rate error.
I put reagents at 4°C and I did a wash using H2O+Tween 20% for clearing lines, but I forgot to change the new flow cell by another.
So, my flow cell was washed using Tween 20% before the run... it affects flow cell? Could tween 20 remove the oligos used for bridge PCR and clustering?
Maybe I need to change the flow cell?
Help Me!
