I am wondering the availability of NGS library preparation automation training courses. As I know, PerkinElmer has a limited number of engineers to install the programs in their robot and they have very tight schedules.

I do believe the NGS library automation is the main trend of NGS development.

Hello! Aurora Biomed has automated solutions for NGS library prep and we do provide instrument training at either customer site or at our office, while remote training is also an option. I'd like to provide more information on NGS library prep automation!
