    Hello from NYC

    Hello all. I'm the director of the DNAcore, the sequencing and genotyping facility for researchers at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. We have just added a Solexa GA II to our 1 ABI 3730xl and 1 ABI 3130xl sequencer base. It is now installed and we are preparing to run ChIP-Seq samples and sequencing samples from cloned libraries of C. elegan cDNAs. I look forward to learning from and contributing to the forum.
