RNA on a DNA High senstivity chip

2 Attachment(s)
I am trying to determine if my DNAse I digest worked and I only have total RNA present in sample (for transcriptomic analysis). This sample was cleaned after the digest. I'm not sure what I am seeing on this DNA high sensitivity chip. It doesn't look like DNA but I am not sure. Can anyone help? I've enclosed what the same sample looks like on an RNA nanochip.
