    How to conduct raxmlHPC analysis?

    Hi all, I need to conduct evolutionary analysis by raxmlHPC, wherein I have to to follow the model as given below,

    partition model-maximum likelihood phylogeny by GTR GAMMA model of substitution with 100 nonparametric bootstrap
    I have phylip alignment file generated by CLUSTALW, which consist 31 bacterial strains (each strain consist of 29 concatenated gene sequences). Therefore, please let me how to create partitioned file?
