Sequence data volumes for different analysers

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone knows the volume (in GB or TB) of SEQUENCE data that is produced by a single run of the major NG sequencers? I don't mean image files etc rather the processed sequence files.

Fingers crossed for an answer :)

Hugely variable depending on who you ask and the setup of the machines, but this table might give you a steer:

Perfect - thanks.

I had already been pointed to this table for a previous question and didn't realise the answer to this question was contained in it too
