Multiplexing in Miseq

Hi all

Im new to the world of NGS and I want to know how many samples can I multiplex in one run using a Miseq sequencer, details are as follow:

Depth of sequencing 30X
Size of the regions I want to sequence is 10.5Mb
Sequencer is Miseq and I can use reagent kit 2X75 300 cycles v3 (3.8gb output)

Thanks

Alejandro

Data Output of Sequencer divided by (target size * coverage) = number of samples.

12 samples in your case not accounting for off-target reads (phiX, enrichments etc.)
