Bioo Scientific's NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit (Ion Torrent compatible) allows users to prepare genomic DNA or ChIP-Seq libraries with as little as 10 ng of input material, for sequencing using the Ion PGM or Ion Proton sequencer. NEXTflex™ Sequencing kits include enhanced adapter ligation technology, resulting in library preps with a greater number of unique sequencing reads. Reactions are designed to be performed in a 96-well plate, making the NEXTflex™kit more automation friendly than other commercially available kits. In addition, flexible barcoding options are available for your preferred level of multiplexing.
