Transcriptomics RNASeq + Microarray dataset

Hi All,

I am looking for some transcriptomics data where measurements have been done on both an Affy DNA Microarray (raw data available), and an NGS platform (any platform, but with raw data).

I'm looking for human or mouse data. I searched the SRA, GEO, and Bioprojects, but came up with mostly microarray combined with ChIP-Seq. I'm hoping to find some data where both platforms were used for *full* transcriptome profiling.
