I find it important to be able to accurately and non-biased compare ngs devices.
if anyone has allready researched this, could you maybe write up a very short comparison in the form of a table between the illumina ga 2e (or 2x), 454 gs flx titanium, and solid 4hq.
im interested in costs, read length, working image size, quality, speed (and pls do throw in anything else you may find interesting).
I personally believe this would be an important topic and should probably even be a sticky.
