Proteins localization
 
Hi everyone!
I'm new here... and also new in the field of Bioinformatics, so any help will be appreciated! I started to work with LC-MS. So, I received a lot of results (protein accession numbers)!!!! Thousands :eek:!!! Now I need to identify the cellular localization of these protein…by doing it one by one I will be finish it by the next millennium :confused:! HELP!!! I'm basically interested in nuclear proteins only…. I'm dying here…. And my boss is not helpful at all (I thinks he also doesn’t know how to do it)
I can really truly honestly will be thankful for any comment!
