Gene list for calculating coverage
 

Hi all,

Does anybody know where I can find a list of genes in the format specified by GATK (http://www.broadinstitute.org/gsa/wi..._Coverage_v3.0) ??

Are you familier with any usefull tools other than BedTools and GATK for calculating coverage?

I am not sure of the specifics of your project but you may try HTSeq.
