Sequencing analysis

Hi everyone,

Can anyone let me know how to compute the percentage of correct sequences for demultiplexed samples and sum of reads that 100% align both match and del reference sequences spanning the entire or a portion of sequence area? I'm new to sequencing analysis, many thanks!

Hi,
Are you interested in a formula or a general technique?
I can give you several options. We actively use this formula at the university. I also use it for my math talk. In any case, contact me. The last time I did very high-quality work here https://essayexaminer.com/essay-assist-review/, service can also help you with a question there. Also, you can find writing assistance there. The variation of this answer will depend on your task, so give me more information about that.
