Has anybody made library of small RNA with size between 50 to 250 nt (about the size of tRNA and snRNAs)?
I'm planning to use scriptminer of epicentre, and wondering how consistent the result is, since I would like to compare two different conditions.
Another question is if small RNA library can be sequenced paired end.
I would like to read the 3' end of the library, and it seems to me that paired end sequencing can solve the problem.
If I read correctly, Illumina website says small RNA library is compatible with paired end platform, but epicentre and our core facility say it is not.
If it is not compatible, what would be the best way to look at the RNAs longer than mi, piRNAs and shorter than mRNA-seq cut off?
