Can anyone tell me (or tell me how to find) the reagent costs per run for the major NG sequencers?

Reagent costs vary a lot depending on how much you buy (large bulk discounts apply) and also from country to country. Probably best to ask your local sales representative to quote. You will want to be sure to specify carefully if you want a like-for-like comparison.
