    Bio-On-Magnetic-Beads (BOMB): Open platform for high-throughput nucleic acid extracti

    Hi All,
    I was thinking this might be interesting for some doing RNA/DNA sequencing. We have established home-made methods for HT RNA/DNA extraction (from virtually any source) with self-made functionalized magnetic beads costing just a small fraction of commercial solutions, yet giving nice and pure nucleic acids.

    We also make all the protocols freely available for the community, you can find them on bioRxiv (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/09/12/414516) or bomb.bio website. I hope you will find it useful ...
