    identifying motifs from set of up stream sequences

    Hi all..

    I would like to identify small DNA motifs from a set of upstream sequences. I have 1kb upstream sequences of ten genes.

    Now can I use the bioconductor packages "rGADEM" and "MotIV" for this analysis??

    I am bit confused and would really appreciate any kind of help.

    This is my first thread please excuse me if I have posted this in wrong section and if my question sounds silly.
