beagle input format

Hello All,

I am trying to impute using beagle 4 and was wondering how the vcf file has to be formatted. I did get the reference or phase file formatted and am having trouble with imputation format. Has anyone had any luck with this. Any help wil l be great.

I could get into specifics if any one wants to help
