    Metavelvet Histogram

    Hello all I was wondering if anyone could explain to me what the Metavelvet coverage histogram means. http://metavelvet.dna.bio.keio.ac.jp/img/covHisto2.png

    Also if anyone knows a way to retrieve the non assembled sequences from a run that would also be appreciated.

    Any suggestions on other metagenomic assemblers?
