Hi @all,
I've looked for days now, but I'm unable to find raw whole exome sequencing data (i.e. fastq files) from libraries prepared with the "nextera rapid capture expanded exome". I found nothing with pubmed, nothing usable or accessible with google scholar and only 2 bioprojects in the sra (1 is not usable and 1 has just been uploaded and is therefore still private). I have contacted some authors but for ethical reasons, I couldn't get fastq files... I found one proof-of-principle study in basespace, but also there, no fastq's... Can't be that the kit hasn't been used more often, can it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
