Paired-sample (tumor/normal) somatic mutation detection software
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone here that is working on cancer genomics would have experience with software for detecting tumor mutations using paired normal and tumor genomes (or exomes)? There are a few things out that I'm aware of (VarScan has added somatic support, the '-somatic' option in GATK's IndelGenotyper), but I'm not finding much more than that. Thank you! Alexis |
