- the motivation for an ensemble approach to SV calling
- the methodology behind MetaSV, including steps for inter/intra-tool merging, local assembly, breakpoint resolution, genotyping and annotation
- the incorporation of a soft-clip based method to further enhance its overall sensitivity
- the use of a simulated framework and experimental data to validate its effectiveness
