Misonix Sonicator 4000
 

Hello,

I would really appreciate any comment on Misonix 4000 sonicator with cup horn. We are planning to buy one. But I am not sure whether this one is good for shearing chromatin as compared with Bioruptor or Covaris? It's much less expensive.

Any input is welcome.
