2. NGS workshop with 3 modules - Metagenomics, Plant transcriptomes, Human exome sequencing and interpretation, Sept 12-15, 2014.
This workshop is specially organized for Principal Investigators and Senior Scientists who are already working on NGS platform or those who are preparing to apply genomics in their research.
The 4 day workshop includes in-depth training on planning NGS experiment, preparing libraries and using 4 different sequencing platforms (Ion proton, Illumina Miseq, Illumina Nextseq 500 and also exposure to Solid5500XL and sanger sequencing), analysing the data and creating reports.
