Silva database
 

Dear SEQanswer,

I have list of accession numbers of sequences from one of the paper and I want to download those particular list from SILVA database. I tried but what I could do is search individually and download but not all together. If any one has done this please let me know also.
One thing I know is possible to download full database and grep my list but then I have no idea how to download reference file in silva. I found it bit complicated.
