Hi,
if one only had DNA available, how confident would we be in being able to call a translocation using either WGS (low coverage) or WES?

Can anyone suggest a library prep kit for illumina hiseq/miseq, which can work with ultralow amount of microRNAs (50 -200 pg) ? or is there any method to amplify whole microRNAome ?

no it did not work,

Let me tell what I write

/bin/fastq-dump -A [file name] [File path] -O [output path]

now that will convert only one .sra file to fastq file but if I want to do the same...
