They are all good when you have "few" cells, like 10 or more, but all suffer when you have a "single" cell. Mostly you will experience high allelic dropout and high noise in Copy number profiles....

I suggest you use Ampli1 WGA (Menarini Silicon Biosystems) if you are interested in mutation detection on single cells. Several papers report it has an ADO lower than 10%, compared to other WGA >30%....

you should try DEPArray sorting to isolate 100% pure tumor cells from even your lowest cellularity sample, fresh or FFPE. At that point your VAF will only display as 0%-50% -100% on the pure cells....
