No I did not find a way to do it otherwise yet (but it wasn't high priority). There's a student in my group now who is good with Python, I'll consult with him.

Hi,

did you get an answer to this last year? I'd be interested in such a protocol as well. We actually did the experiment through GATC in Germany some time ago (they did all the steps in-house)....

Hi,

I'd like to come back to this thread. I've done it - mixed a lot of different PCR reactions (with different primers), and had them co-ligated, fragmented and Illumina-sequenced by a service...
