Error correction on PacBio with illumina and 454

Ok I started last year knowing nothing about sequncing and got alll three done but now that im into it combining the three isnt working as welll as i hoped? 454 always seems to be left out?

CLC may be fast but stats that I have gotten back even N50 which i rarely rely on are better! (I dont rely on N50 because it can be negated when proper error correction isnt employed!). It depends on...

To be honest I have used CLC aswell and found that Spades gives a much better assembly comparatively! You should try the platforms that performed well in GAGE, just because it is a licensed software...

Just wondering has anyone looked at the the link for heaps law (pan genome expansion) and zipfs law? Is it relevant or not?
