large 5S peak on bioanalyzer/good RIN

Hi, I have a large peak in 5S region, larger than rRNA peaks, but RIN calculated based on 28S/18S ratio looks OK (8-8.5). RNA isolated TRIfast reagent. Any idea what it could be? Thanks!
