Anyone know where to find historical price lists for consumables?

I was able to locate Illumina consumable price lists from 2015, 2016 and 2017 with a Google, but nothing else. Ideally wanted 2014 and 2018 too.

How rare is it that a lab has full control over its entire pipeline? Maybe 10%, 20%, 30% or 40% of all labs that have Illumina machines?
