I try to sample prep with the index kit last...
I try to sample prep with the index kit last month, it seems work well and the workflow is almost the same as PE library prep except PCR, however, the index libraries cannot run with normal PE...

Actually I fragment our sample following the protocol from SOLiD, and no glycerol has been used. So we can measure the concentraion before clean up.
