No, I did not get reply.
However, I think the variance difference is just caused by numerical reasons. Since I do not have experimental replicate, using cufflinks to estimate the expression only...

Cuffdiff-confidence interval

Hi, everybody, I have a problem about cuffdiff. I used cuffdiff to test differential expression. However, I checked the "genes.fpkm_tracking". All the FPKM estimate have q1_conf_lo=0, and q1_conf_hi...

Thank you very much.:) I only want to make sure that standard RNA-Seq will map reads to both strand. but also thank you for your new information about the new technology.

Unhappy questions about RNA-Seq

Hey guys, I am a little confused about RNA-Seq. Today I mapped the reads in a RNA-Seq expriment onto the genome, and I found that for one gene locus, the read can map to both the forward strand and...

Question So many software for alignment!!!

Hi,

I am new to the area of mRNA-Seq data analysis, actually also not "old" to the bioinformatics. :)
Recently, I have read a paper involved in the mapping of mRNA-Seq data to the human genome by...
