Custom TruSeq-equivalent WGS library preps, for high number of smal genomes

Does anyone have experience with custom high troughput "TruSeq-equivalent WGS library preps"?

Normal TruSeq library prep costs around somewhere between $300 to $150 per sample. Some providers...
