2. I'd add size-select step after 1st PCR to solve primer dimers problem (especially if starting with small amounts of DNA)

Question SureSelect baits concatemers

I ran RNA Bioanalyzer chip with two types of baits: Agilent SureSelect focused exome and baits from another vendor. I was surprised seeing concatemers in Agilent sample. Any ideas about their origin?
