How Tophat tell junctions from deletion?
HI,
I wrote to Cole for how Tophat tell the junctions (with CIGAR line xxxMxxxNxxxM) from deletions (xxxMxxxDxxxM). I guess they might be busy to answer all emails, so I dig the code myself a bit...
