You probably already heard Original polymers (4 and 6) for these machines will be dis****inued by the manufacturer. This means you would either have to upgrade your instrument (if you have a 3100) or stop using it at all (if you have a 310).
I am happy to tell you there is another alternative: AZCO biotech has now an alternative NanoPOP4 & NanoPOP6 with 100% compatible formulation, which will allow you to keep using your instrument without performing any changes on your settings.
