    Roche RL Standard reagent

Does anyone know what the Standard in the rapid library kit consists of? I'm wondering if it is just a set amount of Y-adaptors. Does any other company make anything similar? I know there are qPCR options to quantify libraries but they take so much more time than a simple fluorescence reading.

It is my understanding that it is just FAM, with a known number of molecules/µL. Don't know of any other vendors.
