    SOAPDenovo-Trans Error - Abored (Core Dumped)

    Hello,

    I am trying to de novo assemble a small SOLiD file with SOAPDenovo-Trans but I get the following error:

    Have you tried to download the SOAPdenovo-Trans source code and compile locally?
