Generating heat map from gene list and fold change between different groups

Dear all,
This is my first post in the forum. I need your assistance for generating heat map. since i have no knowledge of R-language and i have been assigned to create a heat map of data in below mentioned format;
3 different groups with
differentially expressed gene list fold change
gene1 x
gene2 y
genen.... z....
please help me with some tools or online softwares. I'll be highly obliged.
