We are told by customer service that the Miseq v2.2 300-cycle cartridges are back-ordered and the earliest ship date is "mid-August". What are you hearing from your sales rep?

Both our standing order and a new order are delayed until "8/17", they said they are switching their internal database system used for order management, and the 17th is an estimate, like yours. Very annoying to not have any announcement or anything to prepare customers for this.Comment

There was an announcement (and an email, but it may have gone to the person who normally does ordering) on icom about the downtime of the ordering system (for the switchover) scheduled for last week of July. Obviously the change was a major one and does not seem to have gone through flawlessly. Hopefully just a matter of time.Comment
